Hincol uses the best technology available and all our business processes now run on SAP. We follow the system of Balanced Score Card to set targets and evaluate individual performances. The entire process is carried out on-line and employees can discuss their scores with their supervisors every quarter. To make sure that individual performances are linked to the corporate targets, we have a profit sharing mechanism in place that decides each employee’s share of the profit based on a combination of the company’s profitability and individual performance.
