Mark the pothole along with the weak areas in its vicinity

Cut the edges along the marking and remove all loose material up to the damaged depth

Remove standing/stagnant water, If any, using cloth/gunny bag/blown air

For longer life of the patch, it is recommended to tack the surface and edges with HINCOL Bitumen Emulsion RS1 @ 0.5kg/sqm. The Emulsion colour will change from Brown to Black in 5-10 min

Cut open the

bag and fill up to a level slightly higher than the adjoining road surface

Spray rock fines on top and compact the surface with roller

Open the repaired pothole to traffic after 15 min
